After a crash returns Ryan Carter and Liana Corn to the start of their relationship, they quietly cut contact rather than repeat their marriage. Eight years later, she appears at a class reunion with childhood sweetheart Serge Gibson and assumes Ryan still cannot move on. Taking his son’s hand reveals a life she did not anticipate, provoking her demand to know why he has a child with someone else.
